Ideal Innovations, LLC was founded by Richard Webb in 1997 as he became a sales representative organization, designing material handling conveyor solutions for a wide range of manufacturers in Wisconsin. He brought over 20 years of engineering experience in material handling to the company.

In 1998 Ric entered into the log home industry as a manufacturer’s sales representative for another new company which introduced custom manufactured railings.

For the first few years in the log home industry he met with and got to know many people representing log home and furniture manufacturers, builders, and dealers. Ric’s real dream was to create a manufacturing company. He began to fulfill that dream in 2003, by designing and introducing the Green Briar Cedar furniture collection. With the assistance of his brother John they began manufacturing product in Ric’s garage.

In 2004 we expanded the product line by introducing the Honey Creek Cedar collection. He continued to add options to each collection, such as: Custom painted wildlife sceneries and upholstered items done by Ric’s sisters-in-law, Kim Webb and Karla Sergo. In the near future he will be introducing iron work by Smithy’s. His hope is to gives his customers a variety of options to enhance and personalize their homes.

Today Ideal Innovations, LLC currently resides in a 7500 sq. foot facility, which includes a finishing booth, and a wide range of additional equipment to manufacture the evolving product lines. Other log home accessories now include items such as, log stairways and hand hewn, pre-assembled, white cedar log railings. Each of these products is pre-engineered and assembled in the factory. They are then marked and knocked down for ease of shipping. Our process will save you time and money and simplify your installation.
